    • the price must be written in the same size and font color identical to the font of the short code (if advertised on television or printed media),
    • the price must be announced every time the short code is announced (if advertised on television or radio)
    • if, for any reason, the service can not be provided to the user, the message to the user must state expenses that will be charged to the user in such case.
    • Gambling, lottery and donation related services are strictly forbidden.
